Join us for the Jingle Bell Trolley ride in December 2024!


Bring your little ones for a 25-minute, 2-mile, round-trip ride down the mountain and back in our open-air trolley. Be sure to dress for the weather!

At the depot area, you can visit with Santa! Each child will receive a gift from Santa and Mrs. Clause. Walk over to Santa’s Christmas boxcar where you will be served hot chocolate and cookies by Santa’s elves. While you’re here please feel free to tour our beautifully restored railroad cars and take festive holiday pictures.

This year, we have a very special announcement to make! Tickets we’ll stay the same price as last year for adults at $19 per person. This year, as a special outreach to the community, we know that so many in our area have been hit hard by the storm, and we are happy to announce that all children 17 and under are free!

Come out for a wonderful, old-fashioned, nostalgic Christmas experience like our grandparents used to have.

About our event:

Be transported back in time to the 1940s in our themed traditional Christmas depot area! Beautifully decorated, our train cars are bustling with decorations and classical Christmas music. Fun for the whole family, the Jingle Bell Trolley ride takes you down the mountain and up again along the historic Craggy Mountain Line Railroad. Afterward, you’ll get to see Santa for photo opportunities! Enjoy cookies and hot cocoa to warm up from a chilly Christmas ride. At the end of your visit, we hope you’ll have a look around at all our restored cars decorated for Christmas.

We allow for a 48-hour cancellation for any tickets booked. In the event of your cancellation within the 48-hour period, we will refund your purchase and send you an email confirming the cancellation. There are no refunds after the 48-hour period. In the event of a cancellation of the Jingle Bell Trolley Ride by Craggy Mountain Line Railroad due to weather-related or unforeseen circumstances, the railroad will refund your tickets or exchange your tickets for a ride in the future.
